Village of Woodmere is encouraging residents to participate in a survey to help
assess the level of awareness residents have with regard to common household
activities and their potential impact on the quality of our local water
resources. Answers provided will serve
as a tool to develop state-mandated, water quality, educational materials for
target audiences, and will help to determine appropriate vehicles to deliver
educational messages. Over time, the
survey will assist Moreland Hills gauge the success of educational programs and
ensure the effective spending of public funds.
There are two means by which residents can access the
survey: paper copies and an on-line version.

As an alternative to filling out and returning a paper copy of the
survey, residents are encouraged to access the same survey on-line through a link
provided on this page. By completing the on-line version of the survey, a
considerable amount of time and money needed to compile answers will be
saved. Regardless of which method you
choose, be assured measures have been put in place to ensure the confidentiality
and anonymity of the answers you provide.
